Gnabry attended Fashion Week after drawing 1-1 with RB Leipzig last Friday and was sent off at half-time in Tuesday night’s 1-1 draw with FC Cologne.
Salihamidžić is not happy with the behavior of the 27-year-old and hopes the 27-year-old will behave more professionally in the future.
“It’s an amateur, not Bayern Munich. They’re playing somewhere on their days off,” Salihamidžić told reporters.
“A rest is to rest so that you can step on the accelerator in the next game.
“Certainly we will talk about it on Wednesday. Of course we need to talk about it.”
Head coach Julian Nagelsmann, meanwhile, claimed that Gnabry was removed for purely football reasons, unrelated to his off-field behavior.
“I want to talk about what is happening on the pitch, not off the pitch.
“It had nothing to do with anything else, just what we saw on the pitch.”
