Browns’ Amari Cooper: Practices in limited fashion

Cleveland Plain Dealer Mary Kay Cabot reports Cooper (hip/rest) was a limited attendee at practice on Thursday.

Cooper’s practice rep has been somewhat under control over the past month, but recent absences and restrictions have also been due to “rest.” The way Cooper is listed in his injury report suggests the Browns aren’t overly concerned with hip problems, and the wideout will be cleared to play in Sunday’s season finale in Pittsburgh. The 7-9 Browns are not in contention for playoff berths, but they have a credentialing relationship with quarterback DeShawn Watson heading into the 2023 season.
