Coconut Grove suspect’s fashion gave him away, police say

Miami – A costume that includes gold chains, an orange bicycle and red sneakers recently identified a suspect in a coconut grove, according to Miami police.

According to the arrest report, officers immediately recognized Walter Curry Monday morning after watching surveillance video of the duo robbing from a Porsche Macan and a BMW X5.

Curry, 56, appeared in court on Wednesday. He was riding an orange bicycle when police officers detained him near the intersection of his Avenue and Plaza Streets in Florida around 10 a.m. Tuesday.
