Models showcase the latest local designs at a seasonal fashion show in Almería
FASHIONISTAS headed to Almeria to showcase the latest trends ahead of Christmas. The show at Mercado Central on Thursday, December 15 gave shoppers some last-minute Christmas shopping inspiration.
Models appeared on the catwalk in a variety of dazzling designs by local designers to the delight of the crowd. The colorful event always catches the eye of Christmas shoppers and gives local businesses a much-needed push in December. Local businesses participating this year included Nieves Pérez Boutique, Lola Ruiz, 50 sombras de color, Lyubasha Kyleshko, Le Petit Bewbé and Al Alba.
The ‘I Love Shopping’ fashion show has become a staple of the city’s festivals and is now in its ninth year. Organized by Navarro Pasarela with the support of the City Council, the event aims to promote local businesses in the run-up to Christmas and showcase the amazing work of local designers.
Local Councilor Jesús Luque attended the catwalk and said of the event: This is one of many commercial campaigns he has launched to boost local businesses during this critical time. ”
