Designer Vivienne Westwood, who was instrumental in creating the 1970s British punk movement, died Thursday, December 29, at the age of 81. In a profile on “CBS Sunday Her Morning” aired on August 4, 2013, Westwood said: Along with correspondent Anthony Mason, she spoke about punk rock’s inflammatory origins, her rebellious take on fashion, and her shifting take on royalty.
