Jonathan Anderson delivered another quirky collection for his eponymous label JW Anderson on Sunday.
For this collection, the designers opted to keep the clothes a little lighter and send the models down the runway in briefs. The collection includes shearling blousons with ruffled fronts, leather jeans with oversized SIM cards instead of anchor labels, and tubular toggle coats in S&M tones.
When it comes to footwear, Anderson focused on two styles in multiple colorways. New leather wrestling boots with front zip and padlock detail. Another one he previewed online last week was a pair of frog-shaped clogs.

Similarly, JW Anderson’s Instagram posted a short video of someone trying out a new frog-faced mule, this time with no caption.
Not surprisingly, the post generated a lot of reactions on social media. Musician Sam Smith commented “SCREAMING” on his JW Anderson post, followed by his fellow singer Erykah Badu simply writing “Need.” On Anderson’s personal Instagram, actor Dan Levy commented with an exclamation mark, while male model RJ King added, “Yes please!”
Known for the original frog Wellington boots, Wellipets is dedicated to “restoring and preserving” the ecosystems of frog habitats, according to their website. Founded in the UK in 1983, Wellipets claims to be the first rain boot to combine traditional Wellington rain boot design with a playful element: the frog.
In the show notes, Anderson writes that Wellipets became famous in England when Princess Diana dressed her young sons, Princes William and Harry, in the brand’s signature frog-shaped Wellingtons. Now, the brand aims to “bring those happy memories to life,” it’s available in adult men’s and women’s sizes and in three color variations: green, yellow, and blue. It’s about to end.
