liverpool – Maersk is pleased to announce a new multi-year partnership with ASOS, a global fashion e-commerce destination headquartered in the UK. ASOS has appointed Maersk as its strategic logistics partner for Supply Chain Management (SCM) to support the growth of FTSE 250 listed companies. ASOS serves over 26 million active customers in over 200 markets. These customers can shop a curated compilation of nearly 70,000 products sourced from a mix of nearly 900 of the best global and local partner brands and fashion-driven private label labels.

Under the agreement, Maersk and ASOS will partner on supply chain management and provide sea and air services to all fulfillment centers worldwide. ASOS’s four fulfillment centers (two in the UK, one in Germany and one in the US) processed about 100 million orders in the company’s most recent financial year. “In a short period of time, ASOS has developed a strong strategic relationship with Maersk, linking the two main businesses together,” said David Flavell, ASOS’ Head of Supply and his Chain.
