Haney Place Mall wants to see people in their worst condition, or at least dressed in their worst clothes, in the Ugly Sweater Contest, which is ongoing until December 31st.
At the center of the mall is a selfie station where you can take a picture in your best (or worst) Christmas sweater.
There are three prizes on offer: $150 for 1st place, $100 for 2nd place, and $75 for 3rd place.
A spokeswoman for Haney Place Mall said, “Winners may choose to share some or all of their winnings with a charity of their choice.
Those wishing to enter the competition must take a picture of themselves in a holiday sweater at the selfie station and share the photo on Instagram or Facebook.
Posts must include the mall handle @haneyplacemall and the hashtag #haneyplacemall to be eligible.
The contest will close on December 31st at 11:59pm and the top three entries will be randomly selected on January 2nd and posted on the mall’s social media channels.
You will have the chance to vote for your favorite one out of the three selected photos.
The winner of the public vote, which will take place January 3-10, will be announced on January 11 on Haney Place Mall’s social media.
