According to Reese Witherspoon, when it comes to past fashion, Reese Witherspoon has a high reputation.
The stylish star recently took to Instagram to share a cute video clip. In it, she looked at some throwback photos and appreciated her own sense of tailoring.
The first costume reviewed was what she called “Green Number”, which she wore at the 1996 premiere of “Romeo + Juliet.”
“Velvet? Crushed velvet?” she said of the sleeveless, knee-length dress she wore in the photo before evaluating herself. I think he’s chewing gum, so I’ll give him a B.”
Witherspoon raved about the crisp white shirt and blue denim pairing she paired with pearl earrings for the premiere of “True Lies” in 1994. She’s a little young for Pearl. She’s a little “grandmother”, but that’s okay. I give her her A.
However, it was the double shot in 2018 that earned her the best.
“Who are these Christmas cuties?” she said, staring at a photo of her and her “Big Little Lies” co-star Laura Dern.
In the photo, Witherspoon is seen wearing a red plaid skirt and black turtleneck sweater with her friends, along with a red blazer and matching pants.
“Dern and Witherspoon went out for Christmas lunch,” the 46-year-old actor-producer noted. “10 out of 10 — A plus!”
She then looked at the camera and closed the video with a message to her fashionable friend, “Darn, call me.”
