Rihanna Unveils Fenty Clothing Collab Ahead Of Super Bowl Show

Rihanna has announced a new collaboration between Fenty and Mitchell & Ness to spice up her upcoming halftime show at Super Bowl LVII.

The performance, scheduled for February 12th in Glendale, Arizona, will be RiRi’s first stage appearance since the 2016 MTV Video Music Awards. At the award, Michael Jackson ran through a medley of hits that spanned her career, while winning his Video Vanguard. Award.

Details about her upcoming State Farm Stadium performance remain unclear, but with just three weeks to go until the big game, Rihanna has unveiled a new collection of clothing that fans can wear before her big return.

The Fenty x Mitchell & Ness collection supports ‘diversity, equality and freedom’ and features nine unisex pieces including oversized long-sleeved shirts, regular tees and black or white hoodies.

The collection also includes a sleek black coach jacket with embroidered NFL and Super Bowl LVII patches on the front and Football and Fenty USA on the back.

This is the second Fenty collection she’s dropped in the last few weeks. Earlier in January, RiRi unveiled her ‘Game Day’ collection. The collection consists of 17 different items including hoodies, sweatpants, varsity girlfriend jerseys, tops, hats, beanies, boxers and bandanas. The drops are inspired by real football colors, and RiRi modeled some of the items on her Savage X Fenty Instagram page.

As the long-awaited performance draws near, reports suggest that JAY-Z is backing RiRi on the show, but it’s unclear if Hov will be on stage as a special guest. Rihanna confirmed in November that she was working on a “special” project to coincide with The Big Game, but hinted that it wasn’t her new album.
