It’s a moment that takes 150 years. Join us for the opening ceremony of TCU’s 150th anniversary, featuring Texas-sized events on campus for all the horned toads, friends, neighbors and family.

College of Fine Arts Presents: 100th Anniversary Fine Arts Spectrum
Monday, January 23 – 7pm
Hosted by art college A once-in-a-hundred-year spectrum A creative celebration of TCU’s past, present and future. Performances at TCU’s Van Cliburn Concert Hall will include music, theater and dance, as well as design, art and fashion highlights of his merchandising. Beforehand, Special exhibition Curated by a first-year art history graduate student, the Moody Gallery showcases the work of Dickinson’s collection, alumni and generous supporters of TCU. At the Fine Arts Building, a selection of lighting exhibitions by the Design Department and the Fashion Merchandising Department. This event is free, but i need a ticket.

150th drone display

Over 200 drones will fly over campus, a spectacle in itself in the evening, so have your cameras ready. 150th drone displayThe best viewing locations are the campus commons or the lawn of the Schollmeyer Arena.

Immersive TCU experience

Our Story: The Immersive TCU Experience A walkthrough of all the TCUs in the BLUU Ballroom. Explore TCU’s past and present through immersive video content, sounds, and physical artifacts, including TCU Football’s 2022 Vrbo Fiesta Bowl Trophy.

All horned toads are invited to participate in this experience, which is free and open to the public. Opening after 150th Tuesday night drone show. Check the TCU calendar for opening hours.

Cheer on the TCU men’s and women’s basketball teams at the Schollmaier Arena during the 150th Anniversary Edition games.th kickoff of the week. TCU Night at the Rodeo

this special TCU Night at the Rodeo We’re hosting Horned Frogs at the city’s iconic Fort Worth Stock Show & Rodeo, offering discounted tickets and definitely a lot of purple. TCU students, faculty and staff can purchase half-price tickets to the rodeo, and anyone wearing TCU-branded items can enter the stock show venue for free. See FWSSR for more information.

celebrate 20th Anniversary of TCU’s University Recreation Center Activities include sports competitions, stress-relief activities, fitness classes and a polar dive. Enjoy food, entertainment and party favors as TCU Rec celebrates his 20th anniversary and helps kick off TCU’s 150th.

TCU’s New Walking Tour
January to December 2023
A historic walking tour around campus will begin in the opening week of January 2023, featuring audio recordings of various landmarks throughout the TCU campus. Inside the campus he will have a billboard with a QR code that Horned Frogs will scan for a link to hear an audio recording about a building or landmark.
