Visit Middleton’s first winter clothing drive collects over 600 items | News

MIDDLETON (WKOW) — Over 600 items were donated during Middleton’s winter clothing campaign.

This was the first year the city had a “Keep Your Neighbors Warm Campaign”. It replaced Travel Wisconsin’s “Big Bundle Up”, which Middleton attended for six years before the program ended.

Mari Olson, Director of Tourism at Visit Middleton, said she was grateful for this strengthening of the community.

“Thank you to everyone who donated and to the places that welcomed donations,” she said.

The drive took place from late November to late December.

All donations were collected weekly and passed to the Middleton Outreach Ministry for distribution.
